Meeting with subject teachers of science stream classes

A meeting with the subject teachers along with school principal, head-master, head-master assistant and facilitator was held inside headmaster's office. During the meeting, various issues regarding the participation of students in technology based after school JEE coaching were discussed. Many of the teachers seriouly raised their concern about continuation of the JEE coaching. During the meeting, students who need to join the coaching was finalised based on the eligibility criteria. Only four students were able to meet the eligibility criteria and were selected.

With due concern for the students who can perform better, respective subject teachers gladly accepted to take re-test to meet eligibility criteria. Subject teachers were given a week duration to take re-test and finalise the result.

Classes for the four students who are eligible for the coaching will begin from August 1, 2015. For the rest of students, they should score at least  sixty percentage in the respective subjects to be eligible for the coaching. Any student who is interested and has strong will to prepare for the JEE without affecting school's co-curricular activities are always welcome to enjoy learning in the Avanti Learning Center. But, their participation shouldn't disturb the progressing coaching classes.
